Nadia is a university-educated professional trainer who inspires her clients to attain their fitness goals and uncover their inner (and outer) strength through optimal movement.
She has pursued fitness and athletics throughout her life from swimming and gymnastics to competitive volleyball. But when she discovered Pilates in 2002, Nadia approached fitness with a new determination. She soon ran half marathons and now trains intensely in advanced Pilates, including reformer, and cross training.Nadia is a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor in mat and reformer, spinning instructor and nutritionist. She uses her deep understanding of fitness and nutrition to customize attainable programs for each of her clients. Her specialities include:
